installed by a CERTIFIED installer. If you are dissatisfied with the
installed system, in the first instance please contact your local
distributor for support. If after all attempts to rectify any
reported issues have failed, you may return it within 30 days of its
delivery for a refund (please refer to our Terms & Conditions).
Where items were purchased through one of our
Magdrive FuelfromH2o sub-distributors, please contact them in the
first instance. If after allowing a reasonable time for the issue to
be resolved you are still not satisfied, you may contact us directly.
Returning an Order:
Before returning any article you must contact your local distributor or us
for support
and
allow a reasonable time for resolution of any issues. and
request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please refer to our
Terms and Conditions.
You must notify Magdrive UK
Limited within seven (7) working days
of receipt of any damaged
or defective merchandise.
Reasonable return
postage costs will be refunded only if the return is due
to our error.
In order that we may better serve
you and other customers, please tell us the specific reason for your return.
Include a written note informing us whether you want the item exchanged or
if you are requesting a refund.
If you have received damaged or defective items please refer to our Terms & Conditions and to
the sections entitled "Items Damaged in Transit" or Items Faulty on Arrival".
All returned merchandise must be in "like new"
condition with all included instruction sheets, certificates and
warranties and in its original box. The item(s) should be returned
in the same packaging material in which it was received to protect
it from damage. We suggest using insured Parcel Post for your
protection. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks
to process. If you used PayPal or bank transfer, the refund will be
credited to your account. If you paid by cheque or postal order, a
refund will be mailed to you.
Re-stocking fees apply to orders
canceled prior to shipping or if the unit is returned as faulty and
subsequently found to be working. In all cases it is advisable to
contact us for technical support prior to requesting a RMA.

Products returned
damaged, disassembled or tampered with void any stated or offered
guarantees.
